GOALS
The “Digital Educational Highway – Skills to Succeed” Program allows students, teachers, and authorities to become aware of the importance of various skills to reach a professional market with better opportunities for success, capitalizing on the necessary knowledge that supports their professional vocation.
Educational interaction to achieve awareness is achieved through the various available courses, which provide a meeting place to develop an entrepreneurial spirit and discover skills to face the future of work.
Educational institutions receive scholarships corresponding to the different courses (191) that are the focus of the Program and are described on the platform. These scholarships are detailed for selection. When students individually enroll in each course, they provide all the information for each participant according to the Program Regulations, as well as when they submit their work (optional).

PARTICIPATION
Open and individual. Open to private and public educational institutions, schools, and universities in each city on the American continent that register and join the Program, as well as all of Argentina.
DEVELOPMENT
The first thing an educational institution must do is register for the ADE program. To do so, go to www.talentosparalavida.org, then click on the Programs tab. Click on the Digital Educational Highway, select REGISTRATION, fill out the form, and submit it. Any questions should be sent to consultas@talentosparalavida.com.
When Talentos para la Vida receives the registration from the educational institution, it sends the scholarships needed for authorities/students/teachers, as well as instructions on how to use them with its 191 technology courses, which can be self-managed from a computer. At the end, they can obtain the diploma certifying their studies.
SCHOLARSHIPS
By registering alone, the educational institution (primary, secondary, or tertiary) receives the scholarships it requests and that the program grants, as well as instructions explaining in detail how to access all the courses. Participants work together with their designated instructors/supervisor (named on the registration form) on the teaching materials. From a computer, users work with self-managed scholarships, choosing the courses they wish to apply for (191 available) and taking their own time, allowing them to pause and resume at any time.
WORK TO BE SUBMITTED (OPTIONAL)
Optionally and without obligation, after completing a Scholarship course, each participant may submit a work to Talents for Life representing the Talents for Life for any month of the year in question (see the Talents tab).
Talents must be represented in the disciplines of photography, literary essay, and/or drawing. Each institution or participant decides from what perspective they wish to present the work and sends it digitally to consultas@talentosparalavida.com. The work may only be submitted if they have fully completed at least one Scholarship course.
Submitting the work is governed by the Talents for Life Program Regulations.
CALENDAR YEAR
Given the significant value of each SCHOLARSHIP (191 courses), and once awarded, there is a peremptory time limit for using the courses, which is the calendar year in which the Scholarship is awarded. Otherwise, another user could take advantage of it. This requires that upon receiving the scholarship, the participant, whether teacher or student, must complete the courses they choose within a reasonable amount of time before the end of the year. The educational institution or company is responsible for this control. If the recipient does not use their scholarship, it will be canceled and awarded to another institution/teacher/student.
TEACHING GUIDE
Upon completing at least one of the courses, each participant can submit, according to the instructions, the work in the discipline of their choice, representing Talents for Life, to consultas@talentosparalavida.com
By the closing date of each semester, individual scholarship recipients must have completed at least one course and optionally submitted the student/employee work(s) (with the corresponding information – See Regulations below). From these, the winners will be selected for each age group:

BELGRANO BICENTENNIAL COLLECTION
As with other programs, 34 digital books from the Instituto Nacional Belgrano Collection, Ministry of Culture, are also included in the awards given to the participating institution, company, and organization.
- “Digital Educational Highway” is a program organized by Talents for Life that aims to raise awareness about the importance of acquiring certain skills for students/company employees to better integrate into the labor market.
- The program is carried out throughout the calendar year from the date the scholarships are received for each registered educational institution or company.
The following must be included with the work:
- a) Full name of the participant.
- b) Email address.
- h) Current calendar year.
- i) Name of the educational institution/company
Each level has its respective Tokens, each of which works with deadlines (to see the schedule of dates click here).
At the closing date of each stage, the Institutions or the individual participants must have completed the course and sent each one of the Tokens / Work done by the students (with the corresponding data – See Regulation below), from which the Winners for each of the Levels:

The Program is a joint initiative between Talentos para la Vida and Accenture that aims to multiply the Talents that students and teachers have to develop others that allow them to acquire skills for the best job placement when leaving school or the opportunity to start a entrepreneurship contributing to improve their quality of life and / or finance their tertiary studies.
It is about training skills that are key when it comes to getting a job. It is not a minor training value to have an approach to the professional market of the 21st Century from the participation in one of the scholarships granted by the Program in order to increase knowledge about the digital world.
The educational institution receives a certain number of scholarships for students to enroll and complete each of the courses. Upon completion of each student, their courses must submit a literary essay on “Benefits of Autopista Digital Educativa – Skills to Succeed” to ade@talentosparalavida.com or represent the Life Talents of the month in question.
That certain number of Scholarships received by the institution can be obtained again for new students as long as the first scholars have finished their courses and sent their work. So the educational institution can benefit dozens of students to the extent that they are progressing in completing the scholarship courses to the school, always respecting the student’s profile and complying with the Regulations published on this website, in addition to submitting papers on the main benefits of the Program.
Then is a brief description of each of the available courses:
Employ + is an online skills training program whose objective is to develop key skills to improve the employability of young people in the last years of high school.
ABC On line It is an innovative solution that allows access to training through the internet, with interactive content, for those who want to get a job or develop their business.
ABC On line digital It is a pack consisting of 8 interactive and multimedia courses to learn about the digital world and its main applications.
360 Interview Virtual Reality It is an app that, through virtual reality, will allow young people in the search for their first job to immerse themselves in a 360 job interview experience in an interactive way.
JO2JOB It is a tool that allows a person by means of a game to prepare to be inserted in the workplace.
The School that wishes to participate must indicate the number of teachers and students in the Registration Form and then be confirmed in writing the number of Scholarships granted and the number of times the scholarships can be renewed as of the completion of the previous ones. granted in addition to sending the work of each student / teacher.
The presentation of the work of the participants to compete for 1st. Position, 2nd. Position, 3rd. Position, and 10 Special Mentions and Diplomas nationwide, with winners for the different Dates of the Program’s schedule. Upon completion of the course selected by the participant and / or the Scholarship received, a Literary Essay / Practical Work or Didactic Presentation must be sent, each student must describe the educational benefits achieved through “Autopista Digital Educativa – Skills to Succeed”.
Each of the cards describes the methodology of participation and development of the different courses. Scholarship students must follow these instructions and if the school has any questions, they can direct it to consultas@talentosparalavida.com as they normally do in the rest of the Programs.
The prizes will be delivered in the Quarterly Awards, which are held at the Universidad Católica Argentina, the Borges Cultural Center or the National Library or even in the winning Educational Institutions. These will be convened one week in advance by mail, telephone or mail with the list of winners by educational level / scholarships awarded.
The prizes for each discipline or educational level are:
For 1st Place: Gold Diploma, teaching material and awards given by sponsoring companies.
For 2nd Place: Silver Diploma, teaching material and awards given by sponsoring companies.
For 3rd Place: Bronze Diploma, teaching material and awards given by sponsoring companies.
For the 10 Special Mentions: Diploma, teaching material and awards given by sponsoring companies.
As in other Programs, the National Libraries Program is part of the award to the institution.

- Once the preceding conditions are met, if the participant is awarded a scholarship, they may choose to take the courses they wish from the options offered by the platform whose instructions they receive.
In cases where participants optionally wish to submit entries for the Talents for Life Program, these will be governed by the regulations of this other program, which are detailed on this website.
- Sole participation or registration in this contest implies unrestricted acceptance of each and every one of the conditions.
Any unforeseen situations will be resolved unilaterally and without appeal by the organizers, without any right to claim by participants or registrants of any kind.
Participants of any kind, by the mere fact of their participation, assign to the organizer all intellectual and artistic rights submitted, without any right to claim for the use or publication thereof. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to the program. Also, should it prove necessary, they reserve the right to substitute the prizes indicated with any other, without any right of claim from the beneficiaries or third parties. Likewise, should it prove necessary, the organizers may suspend the contests or change their dates and communication times, without any right of appeal from any of the participants. The selection and determination of the winning entries will be final and will not entitle participants to any claim of any kind.
